At ZTA we pride ourselves on the ability to not only sell you your watch but also to offer the after sales service to ensure you enjoy your watch for the years to come.

We offer a variety of services while you wait, including band adjustments, as well as batteries. No repair is too small.

Major repairs, such as a crystal replacement, movement servicing are offered (free estimate) off site.

We carry the largest selection of leather, rubber, and metal bands in whistler.

Warranty Questions:

all products are backed by the terms of the manufacturers warranty

1. bring back the watch to our location with the warranty booklet and we will ship it to the manufacturer for repair
   (there is no charge for shipping)
